2009
First project completed. The design, manufacture and transportation of a crib room.
2010
First residential project. The design and construction of an eight dwelling development in Port Hedland.
First Mining and Resources project, paving the way for the future of the business.
2011
First large scale, major Mining and Resources project, establishing the business as a real contender in the industry.
2012
Creation of a specialist construction team within the business, enabling both supply and installation solutions.
2013
Growth of the construction side of the business with an increased focus on relocation and refurbishment opportunities.
2014
Diversification within the business tackling Mining and Resources projects along with Residential and Commercial (modular) projects.
2015
Enjoyed the opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of modular construction across the Residential and Commercial sectors working with architects and clients to deliver some very unique projects.
2016
First large scale, ‘construction’ only contract. The de-mob, relocation and refurbishment of a 650 person village.
2017
Continued diversification within the business tackling Mining and Resources projects along with Residential and Commercial (modular) projects.
2018
Repeat business from the success of the 2016 project, another major Mining Village project with the relocation and refurbishment of an 800 person village.
2019
Re-focused on Mining and Resources projects with the aim to be the industry leader in full turn-key village solutions.
2020
First complete turn-key village project where all works were completed in-house (manufacture and installation of all new modular buildings and services).
2021
Completion of the first ‘Hybrid Combined Mess’ facility. Combining modular and insitu construction to delivera high end, architectural kitchen, dining and tavern facility.
2022
Off the back of several successful large scale Design and Construct projects clients sought the business' expertise by way of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to help bring their projects to life.
2023
Leveraging the ECI works, more major projects followed and continued to push the boundaries in high-end Mining and Resource projects.
2023 calendar year saw McNally manufacture, deliver and install over 1200 rooms, central facilities and associated site works across 3 separate work fronts.
2024
Continued growth and solidifying the business as the industry leader in Mining and Resource projects.
