His hands-on experience in various parts of the business has given him a broad and practical understanding of the industry, enabling him to manage our supply chain through challenges like the Covid-19 pandemic with insight and adaptability. In his role as Procurement and Logistics Director, Rhys has built strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, which have been crucial for our business's growth and ability to adapt to changes. His practical approach to solving problems has led to the creation of new areas within our operations, such as steel fabrication and transport and logistics. As a founding member of the McNally, Rhys combines his deep commitment to the business with a genuine approach, driving us forward with a clear vision and a steady hand.

Mark brings a diverse and rich background to the table, combining experiences from his days as a professional athlete, various roles across diverse, competitive industries, and his entrepreneurial spirit. This unique blend fuels his drive to innovate and challenge conventional norms, allowing him to bring fresh perspectives to competitive markets. Mark's leadership infuses McNally with a distinctive blend of customer-centric innovation, relentless pursuit of improvement, and a deep thirst for new knowledge. Glenn comes from a trade background and has over 25 years of experience in the modular building industry. His career journey has seen him transition from hands-on trade work to supervision and management roles, where he has honed his skills in overseeing project quality and delivery. This progression has equipped Glenn with a deep understanding of the industry, from the ground up, allowing him to lead with both knowledge and practical insight. As one of the driving forces behind McNally, Glenn oversees all McNally manufacturing facilities, ensuring that the quality and construction of each modular building project meet our high standards. His commitment to excellence and his ability to oversee complex projects from conception to completion have been key to McNally's success. Glenn's leadership not only upholds the quality of our projects but also inspires innovation and efficiency within our team.

Nick possesses a well-rounded skill set that began with studying Construction Management at the University of South Australia, to Contract Administration and Project Management roles in the Resources sector before becoming a Registered Builder. The skills gained through these roles are combined and put to good use in the Projects Director (Construction) position at McNally. Nick has pioneered the construction division of McNally to be the market leader in providing turnkey accommodation villages.
