Site based refurbishment projects to give structurally sound modular buildings a new lease on life and are costs effective and can be completed with minimal disruptions to village and mine site operations. Refurbishment projects have ranged from single standalone toilet/shower facilities to large modular complexes and also whole of village accommodation – 400+ rooms and ensuites for one particular project.
