McNally has experience in decommissioning, transporting & re-installing whole villages, from 50 – 800 rooms in size. Site based refurbishment projects to give structurally sound modular buildings a new lease on life and are costs effective and can be completed with minimal disruptions to village and mine site operations. Refurbishment projects have ranged from single standalone toilet/shower facilities to large modular complexes and also whole of village accommodation – 400+ rooms and ensuites for one particular project. Well used gymnasiums and recreation rooms have been transformed and given a new lease on life.

Caladenia Village

McNally was awarded the design and construction of this 750-room village, including custom-built on-site dining facilities. Leveraging our in-house architectural and structural design expertise, along with our dedicated project management team, we set out to deliver a project that met and exceeded the client’s brief. The result is a dining room and tavern area comparable to those found in vibrant metropolitan settings. By thoughtfully incorporating the natural contours of the landscape, McNally has maximized the stunning vistas surrounding the picturesque Greenbushes area, creating a truly unique and inviting environment.

In-Situ Gymnasiums

Starting with either an existing unused structure of site, or designing and constructing a new facility, McNally has revolutionised the standard of gymnasiums on site, creating state of the art gyms you would typically only find in the cities.
